Improvements / bug fixes on this build:

• Fixed crackling & delayed audio on some Windows devices and Steam Deck
• Final scene in each act is now skippable after the first time through
• Improved support for external controllers
• Re-enabled visualizer when screen reader is enabled (was disabled previously as potential bug fix but that didn't work)
• Pause menu no longer uses an alternate, iOS-specific layout when screen reader is enabled
• When running on Steam Deck (with no screen reader), game no longer plays accessibility sound effects
• Pre-gameplay scenes now display the current difficulty level
• Minor updates to credits
